Wojciecha 10A lok. 5, 81-347 Gdynia, e-mail address: <a href=\"mailto:byczkowskikancelaria@outlook.com\">byczkowskikancelaria@outlook.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The website performs the functions of obtaining information about users and their behavior in the following way:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>through information entered voluntarily in contact forms,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>by saving cookies on the user&#039;s end device,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>by collecting server logs,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>through the use of analytical and marketing tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Administrator takes special care to protect the privacy of users and the security of processed personal data in accordance with the GDPR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. User rights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The user has the right to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>access to data,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>rectification of data,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>deletion of data,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>processing restrictions,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>data transfer,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>objection to processing,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>withdrawal of consent,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>filing a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14. Professional secrecy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Administrator practices the profession of a legal advisor and is obliged to maintain professional secrecy in accordance with legal provisions and principles of professional ethics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All data provided as part of the provision of legal assistance is subject to special protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">15.
